Your design is drawn from the photograph you upload in about a minute, and shown to you before anything is made.
We make it
Our studio makes every piece by hand from the approved design, and the design is checked against your photograph before we start.
Secure checkout
Nothing is charged until you approve a design and check out, and nothing is made until the payment clears.
The photograph stays yours
It is used to draw your piece and nothing else: not resold, not published, not used to train anything. It is deleted when the order closes.

If yours is not here, write to us. A person answers, usually within the day, and usually with more detail than you wanted.
Ask us somethingWhat makes a good photo to upload?
One subject, roughly facing the camera, with their eyes visible. Daylight helps. It does not need to be sharp; most of what we work from is a phone photo. What we cannot work from is a subject facing away, or three people at once in one piece.
Is it printed or is it made?
Made. Each piece is produced once, for one order, from the design you approved. The product page for each piece says what it is made of.
Can you work from an old photo?
Yes. Old photographs, scans and screenshots are all fine. Tell us in the box if it is a memorial piece and we will handle it by hand from the start.
When do I pay?
At the end, once you have approved a design. Designing is free, you can run it as many times as you like, and there is no account to make first. Because the piece is then made for you, it is not returnable, which is exactly why the approving happens first.
