Made to order from your photo: Custom Round Suncatcher, Custom Mosaic Portrait, Custom Glass Ornament. ## About URL: https://www.endofwokeness.com/about One small studio in the USA. How an End of Wokeness piece is made, and where to hold one in person. Nothing we sell sits in a warehouse: each piece is made after it is ordered, from a design the buyer has already seen and approved. That is the difference between a gift and a product. Every piece is made, checked and packed by us. In person: Portland, Denver, Nashville. ## Shipping, returns and care URL: https://www.endofwokeness.com/about Size & materials: Sizes: As listed in the size picker above Shipping: Made and packed in our US studio. Every piece is made to order, then posted; each piece's page says how long it takes. Double-walled box, foam corners, tracked. Free US shipping on orders over $75. Before you buy: Made for one person, so it is not returnable. Ask us anything before you buy and we will answer properly, usually the same day. The approved design is what we make. Hanging & care: Wall pieces hang on a single hook: dust glass and metal with a dry, soft cloth. Direct sun is fine for the glass. Vacuum a rug gently, and wash apparel cold, inside out. ## Questions What makes a good photo to upload?: One subject, roughly facing the camera, with their eyes visible. Daylight helps. It does not need to be sharp; most of what we work from is a phone photo. What we cannot work from is a subject facing away, or three people at once in one piece. Is it printed or is it made?: Made. Each piece is produced once, for one order, from the design you approved. The product page for each piece says what it is made of. Can you work from an old photo?: Yes. Old photographs, scans and screenshots are all fine. Tell us in the box if it is a memorial piece and we will handle it by hand from the start. When do I pay?: At the end, once you have approved a design. Designing is free, you can run it as many times as you like, and there is no account to make first. Because the piece is then made for you, it is not returnable, which is exactly why the approving happens first. ## Policies Privacy: We keep your name, address and email to make and send your order and to answer you about it, and the photograph you upload to draw your piece and nothing else. Nothing is sold or passed on, and the photograph is deleted when the order closes. Write to us to see or remove what we hold. Terms: Every piece is made to order from the design you approve, so an order cannot be cancelled or returned once it is in the making; a piece that arrives damaged, or unlike its design, is remade or refunded. Prices, sizes and lead times are the ones shown at checkout. By ordering you confirm that you may use the photograph you upload.
